I too, never bother to install 3rd party apps that come with the product since they are always a piece of crap. Right now employees at your company probably have the ability to dial a special phone number and remotely check their voice mail while away from the office. Users will still be able to dial in and check their voice mail, but they will also be able to have OVA verbally read them their e-mail messages and calendar entries. Furthermore, users will be able to do many of the same things through OVA that they now do through Outlook. For example, a user could verbally respond to an e-mail over the phone.
There is a static FAQ, but it also links to Microsoft online and allows outreach to other users for help, either via a forum or direct PC-to-PC help. Of these, we really like a feature available on some, not all, FAQs that allows you to automate the solution by executing a script. Sorry to tell you this, but I scan with Vista home premium all the time. I tried to update to the Ultimate Edition but going form Vista to Vista failed everytime. I originally upgraded from XP SP2 to Vista HP with no problem.
